David ‘s approach was a welcome change from the “hardsell” approach we have often found with agents in Sydney. He allowed us the time and space to make a considered decision on buying our next home. That’s not to say he didn’t point out all its special features, or follow up with us regularly. In fact it was his gentle insistence that we inspect a third time that got us “over the line”!
