Very positive experience

David Hochkins recently sold my house and the experience was very positive& satisfying. He was one of three agents I had asked to value my property and although all 3 agents were very professional in their conduct, I found that David was the most passionate about his job. The valuations I received from the 3 agents were quite different, with David valuing the property at a 10%-15% premium to his competitors.
