Stephen is a a man of his word.

I called into L.J.Hooker, Forster one day after my house had been on the market for about 18 months. I asked Stephen if he would be willing to take on my house on the open market with a few other agents as I had had no luck with exclusive agents. He was happy to do so, whereas several other agents were not interested. He was very pleasant and friendly and obliging. He advertised it extensively whereas the others didn't bother. He brought a lot more potential buyers through my house than any other agents. Stephen always gave me feedback and kept me informed. As the sale of the house progressed he went over and above the line of duty to help us, including giving us packing boxes, organising tradesmen to have things fixed and to even have things taken to the tip for us at the last minute when we were getting desperate, so I wish to thank Stephen very much for the extra trouble he went to to get us over the line and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a friendly, diligent agent to sell their property.
