Professional and helpful
Raelene was professional and when she wasn’t able to attend to an appointment she had a strong network of colleagues who were able to assist and also had great knowledge. Raelene answered all of our questions in a timely manner and was thorough.

Consistent
Raelene and the sparks team were consistent with their follow ups in regards to open homes and inspections. Raelene explained all details thoroughly which made the process seem less stressful. She was also quick to respond with any questions I had.

Property Sake Feedback
Tony provided relevant and straight forward advice concerning the sale of my parents house. We received timely feedback each week on visitation and visitor feedback. He was successful with an early sale albeit price was reduced in that time given local market conditions. A little less than family expectations but maybe aligned with market.

Professionalism, Advice, Knowledge
We appreciated Tony's professionalism and advice. His guidance regarding the marketing was spot on. The photography was excellent. In fact a professional graphic designer with international clients thought that it was of a very high standard. What we really appreciated about Tony was the fact that he was prepared to listen to us. However, because of his experience, he could guide us to a realistic outcome. We highly recommend Tony to any prospective sellers and we will not hesitate to approach him when we need to sell in the future.
