This is the community that LJ Hooker has served since 1962. A King amongst Agents

Michael was the sellers agent when we were attempting to purchase a property and he went beyond our expectations to keep us informed of the sellers status and intentions to resolve a complicated subdivision. When the seller ultimately took the property off the market Michael let us know of another similar property that had just been listed. With a lot of knowledge of the are he negotiated the sale which was settled in 5 weeks (rare for Tassie!). Michael is the consummate professional, knowledgeable, honest, and all round nice guy. I'll certainly use his services if I'm selling! 5 VERY well-earned stars!

Purchaser Review

We recently purchased a property, and we were very fortunate in having Nick Emery to facilitate the sale. We had been trying to buy a suitable property for a few years and have had many dealings with estate agents. Most of the agents were ok, some not so much, but nobody put in the amount of effort and follow through that Nick did. Nick was honest and when he said he would chase something up, he did exactly that. His attention to our needs was impeccable, we would thoroughly recommend Nick.
