Michael was the sellers agent when we were attempting to purchase a property and he went beyond our expectations to keep us informed of the sellers status and intentions to resolve a complicated subdivision. When the seller ultimately took the property off the market Michael let us know of another similar property that had just been listed. With a lot of knowledge of the are he negotiated the sale which was settled in 5 weeks (rare for Tassie!). Michael is the consummate professional, knowledgeable, honest, and all round nice guy. Leigh was friendly, professional, trustworthy and very easy to deal with. He really knows the current market which ensured my property was listed in the correct price bracket and then quickly sold at the right price. Communication was fantastic, Leigh is very responsive but on the odd occasion he wasn't available, he made sure someone from Harcourts contacted me on his behalf. I didn't have to chase him for anything. This was an investment property that had been causing me a lot of stress, so I was expecting a difficult time ahead but Leigh took the stress out of the entire transaction. The listing and advertising were done quickly and the moment there was genuine interest he let me know. There were a few minor hiccups along the way, but he had them sorted quickly which meant I didn't need to worry about a thing. If I ever need to buy or sell a property, I'm going straight to Leigh.
