To me there is a misconception that unless you’re buying a family home it’s not of great importance and Simon totally flipped that on its head for us. The property we’d purchased is an investment and while we’d been through the process of buying before Simon was more than accommodating, and kept us informed of what was happening throughout the whole process and treated us like we were the only people that mattered. Upon settlement Simon made it clear that he could assist us with property management services through LJ Hooker. While we haven’t taken the offer onboard it shows that his after sale service doesn’t stop once things are settled. Thanks again Simon!
