We met Jing when purchasing our new property. I have purchased several properties previously, but have never encountered such a responsive, efficient and genuinely kind and honest agent. Every text message or email was responded to within minutes. Other agents just operate on their own time- Jing works overtime to meet clients' needs practically 24/7. Even when presented with unusual requests and circumstances, she pivoted to meet the needs of both vendor and purchaser. We were so impressed with her services when purchasing our property that it was a no brainer to hire her to sell our existing home. Again, she proved to be efficient, flexible and innovative representing us as vendors. Always replying to text messages and emails so quickly- this alleviated stress and anxiety, making the process seamless and efficient. No request was too troublesome for her- she would always go above and beyond to make things happen. In particular, with the pandemic and private viewings only- she was available 24/7 to show our property. Another novel aspect of the pandemic was online auctions. Jing researched the process to the nth degree and ensured that the process went smoothly, despite the fact that it was new and unchartered territory. We sold the property at auction for an excellent price- we were very happy with the outcome. You will not meet a more efficient and hardworking agent than Jing.
