When we first met Joseph we had thought another real estate agent, when you meet one, you have met them all however he seemed different to your everyday real estate agent as he was very sincere and honest with us which made the buying process so much easier for us. We finally had our hearts set on a property we both liked which was a deceased estate and provided an offer to Joseph in writing. When I went to the open home, Joseph greeted me with a warm welcome. After inspecting the unit, I had a chat with Joseph and advised that I wasn’t going to best around the bush with the price and made my intentions clear in the price within my budget, Joseph appreciated my honesty and advised he would put it to the owners and would do what he could to make it happen as he thought the offer was a genuine offer and a fair one at that. The following Monday Joseph contacted me to advise me that the offer was being considered a holding deposit was paid once the offer was accepted, a cooling off extension period was requested by my lawyer which was excepted by the the owners, needless to say that the whole process went smoothly and the purchase went through.
