As a first home buyer, you naturally have so many questions when attending property inspections. Some may seem silly, but they are all important when you are making such a big decision. Ali has been genuinely kind, patient and always willing to answer our questions. He has made himself available whenever needed and, on several occasions, has gone out of his way to open the property for additional inspections and visits from tradespeople. What I have appreciated most is that his communication and support have remained consistent throughout the process. Even after the deposit was paid, he continued to stay in touch and offered to help wherever he could, even when he had no obligation to do so. To me, that says a lot about a person.
