About Caine

Caine moved to Australia from the UK in September 2011, taking up immediate residence in Port Hedland where he and his partner have built their forever home with their brood of rescue dogs. Caine is Degree qualified in Business and Marketing with previous sales and marketing experience providing a solid foundation for a Real Estate Career move. He kick started his real estate career immediately upon arrival in Port Hedland by landing a position as Assistant Property Manager with another well known real estate brand and quickly moved through the ranks as Property Manager, then Senior Property Manger before also dealing with a number of sales on behalf of the organisation. He became the Licensee of his self named real estate business in February 2016. Caine offers a wealth of experience as an all round Real Estate Agent dealing with trust accounting, property management and sales with maturity, local knowledge, integrity and an eagerness to go beyond the call of duty to get any transaction across the line.

About Helen

Born and bred in the Pilbara and now the mother of four children who also live in the Pilbara. Helen Cameron has been with the organisation since its original launch in 2016 and still manages properties for many owners from this time. Her knowledge of the area proves to be a great addition to her ability to achieve a great result. Her personal and friendly approach to both Property Management and Sales shine through with her professional attitude to get the job done right. Helen carries with her the values of hard work, integrity and honesty.

Our sales representatives have all been locally based for a minimum of 11 years and carry with them maturity and life experience as well as expert knowledge of the local market. We employ a traditional property management model where your property manager will be your point of contact for the full service, carrying out all duties themselves including leasing, inspections, property condition reports and maintenance. All our Property Managers are mature long term locals with a minimum of 7 years experience managing properties in Hedland. I have been dealing with Caine and his team for years and they have always been incredibly responsive and professional. Nothing is too much trouble and their advice and communication is second to none. Helen Cameron is a wonderful property manager with a friendly but clear manner. I trust her impeccably and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking someone to manage their home or investment.
