Cleanliness severely overlooked
Agent had not informed bond cleaner to return for a more thorough clean as property is in disgusting condition. Floors filthy, kitchen extremely greasy, bathrooms sticky and foul smelling odour emitting from carpets. Us tenants contacted the bond cleaner which they informed us this was the most dirty house they have ever seen and they did not feel confident in the time the agent had given them to have the property cleaned to a higher standard. Upon receiving the keys we have spent 3 days so far cleaning all areas the bond cleaner had missed, the grime is years worth of buildup and it is looking like the range hood and dishwasher in the kitchen are so far gone they are beyond cleaning, they need replacing. We are very disappointed as moving house is stressful enough without having to clean the entire property from top to bottom. We put our trust in the agency to have the property cleaned to a liveable state before tenancy, which has not occurred.

Our first point of contact was Jess on reception. She was very warm and friendly and assisted us in securing a rental. The company have very clear policies and procedures which makes the whole process very easy.

Best real estate to date
The ladies at pac pines lj hooker have been so amazing from start to finish, receptionist Jess was so kind, caring and professional, Melissa went above and beyond from inspection to final signing of lease and Nina was also fantastic, thorough getting the properties paperwork in order and items on emtry that needed tending too. Has been a dream signing wth lj hooker pac pines and highly recommend to anyone who is wanting to deal with them in the future.

Very helpful during COVID
Was very appreciative for the help of LJ Hooker Pacific Pines during November last year when we were struggling to get approved for a rental. They went above and beyond to help secure this property for us. However since then the help has dropped. We have had two attempted break ins since moving in both been contacted through the police and real estate. Our back fence is very poor and has been the cause of the break ins. Despite our concern Eleni made very little effort to ease our concerns or repair the fence. We have been here 10 months and have been told the fence will be repaired since we moved in. Would love to be taken a bit more seriously as it is a large safety concern for us
