Professional and Effective
Miles made the sale of our house a pleasure. He took the time to talk us through the process and at no point did we feel he was pressuring us. Miles has a laid back style but he gets the job done. We are happy with the result and would not hesitate is using Miles and his team in the future.

Strong Relationships = Strong Agent
John and his team at LJ Hooker Inverell were extremely professional. They provided great service and assistance when selling our home. John is extremely knowledgeable regarding the real estate market in our area and has strong relationships within the community which meant that he was able to identify a potential buyer straight away. We were able to sell our house quickly and at our expected price, and I put this down to us choosing the right agent in John Devlin.

Fantastic Agent
John was a fantastic agent. He was exceptionally helpful from the first meeting we had. He organised all of our open homes and his knowledge of the local area was excellent. He showed us through numerous homes and was open and honest about each place. He was professional and persistent in the negotiation process, which meant we got the place we wanted at a great price. I have no problem recommending him to friends and family. When the time comes to sell our house we will be giving John a call.

Very reliable, easy going, prompt and good communication
We found both Miles and John Devlin to be very easy to deal with. Their market appraisal was very realistic and on the mark. They were always on time at house inspections and gave plenty of notice. Easy to deal with and we got a bit more for our house sale than we thought we would get. I would use their agency again if I bought or sold again and would recommend them to anyone. Great service.
