Bill was able to take over the selling of my property when I neared the end of my pregnancy. I had initially tried to sell on my own but I guess it needed Bill's professionalism to get the job done because within weeks, contracts were exchanged. I just wish I could of received a discount for doing the majority of the hard yakka myself. Percentage commissions are only realistic when the amounts they are applied to are low. Once property prices start exceeding a certain amount, I think a commission is no longer appropriate. Everyone knows lawyers are expensive - but LJ Hooker cost me five times as much. But did Bill do five times the amount of work or spend five times longer at University gaining qualifications? I'm not sure. I just know my property has been sold and Bill Yapp got me out of a tight spot. For that I am thankful.

I wish we never had to deal with Lj Hooker and agent Wendy Bell. Unfortunately, the property we were really after was exclusively sold by them. This agency is a real example that property can sell itself. If it was about the experience and usefulness of the agent, we would never buy it. The process was dreadfully long with poor communication. Wendy failed to provide useful information to us, especially when it came to the property history and body corporate information. If you can choose, avoid this agent and LJ Hooker Kangaroo Point.
