I researched agents in Karratha and did a fairly extensive evaluation. I had experienced a few agents in Karratha with property management. Some had left a bad impression so i definitely did not want them to sell my house. I did look at online reviews and total sales for all agents and the locations of houses they had. LJ's had a good record of sales and some pretty good reviews compared to others. In fact they did stand out. My first impressions and subsequent dealings with Rachel helped us make our decision. In fact the other agents we spoke with didn't have as much enthusiasm or drive to get our business. Rachel had good knowledge of the market and ensured that my expectations were managed. We took a gamble on the marketing method and it paid off. The timing was also perfect for market conditions which no-one could predict. Rachel and team went a little bit a above what is normally expected of a agent which gave that local personal service that made my life easier as i was selling remotely. No journey is perfect and will provide feedback to Rachel on areas for improvement. May be those secrets will raise the bar even further. I'm a hard task master and have high expectations.
