LJ HOOKER PROVIDED A GREAT SERVICE

LJ Hooker Toronto were the agents for sale of my mother's house at Blackalls Park in January 2026. We highly recommend the services provided by Mark, Maya and the LJ Hooker team. At the outset we were very impressed with their explanation of the sale process, their expert knowledge of the market and their recommended marketing strategy. The LJH network ensured that the property had wide exposure to numerous buyers. We had thirty groups and four genuine offers in the first weekend, one of which we accepted. The communications, service and advice provided by LJH were first class and the whole process was very efficient and effective in helping us achieve a great outcome.

Got the job done on a hard-to-sell property

We had a property that was difficult to sell. Two other agents had tried and failed but Mark took it on - and won! I found Mark to be really helpful and he kept us informed as the weeks ground on. Came that magic day that he called to say that he had not one but TWO buyers! And one of them gave us a price that we could accept. This was not the easiest of sales for a few reasons but Mark stayed the course and found us a good match for our property. I'd recommend Mark as a steady and easy to work with Agent that tries new ideas to make a sale work.
