Great communicator
From my first contact with Michael I felt that he was very approachable. In addition, he always kept me updated with regard to my offer all the way through to completion. Professional and committed
Michael Velkovski comes very highly recommended. He has just sold a second property for me with a very positive and quick outcome. After dealings with a number of agents through both the buying and selling process it is definitely Michael’s professionalism and commitment that stands him apart from others. Open houses were conducted at a high standard, and I loved the fact there was 2 agents at each viewing to answer questions from potential buyers. The marketing was spot on and targeted to the right market and I was always kept well informed throughout the whole process. His knowledge has given him the ability to make the very stressful process of a selling a house quite simple for the seller. I have used Michael to sell my last 2 houses and would not hesitate to ask him to sell the next, I would happily recommend him to future sellers who were after a trustworthy and genuine agent who is committed to his job.

Best Agent you can have working for you

Excellent Agent
My experience with Michael was very smooth! he was upfront about what the vendor wanted from the sale and that made it easy for me to be upfront about what I wanted. Communication was always quick and easy, everything was all bowled over within a week and we are just waiting out the settlement period now. Very happy with the experience and would not hesitate to contact Michael in the future for another property.
