John was very professional in his presentation and communication regarding my property. He accommodated our meetings around my work schedule and was always punctual. He had good knowledge of the prevailing market conditions and explained the auction marketing strategy in detail, setting time lines and meeting dates. John also took the time to get to know me as a person and to understand my goals and expectations . In setting the reserve price he provided his opinion but respected my right to set my own figure. Although we did not sell at auction John remained committed and motivated to find a buyer and the property sold three weeks later by private treaty for a good price in the current cooling market. I have no hesitation in recommending John Church if you are looking for a sales agent with sound market knowledge, professional integrity and the determination to achieve you the best price for your property.
