James Bird has been involved in the Real Estate Industry since 2003, when he started working at Launceston’s then number 1 agency Towns Shearing. Born & bred in Launceston and father of 3 Children, James is very passionate about his family, this fantastic city of ours and helping people fulfill their dreams with their real estate needs. James quickly established himself as one of Launceston’s leading agents through his work ethic, success and friendly nature and was made a partner within three years. In 2008 a new challenge presented itself when Bushby First National approached him to become their Sales Manager. In the three years he was there, he grew the sales team and with the help of the great team was able to see Bushby rise to number 1 in Launceston and the company won best large residential sales office in the First National Group in 2010. Looking for a new challenge, James then established the View Launceston office ( a small Boutique office) He thoroughly enjoyed the challenges and responsibilities of setting up a Boutique real estate office and skills, rewards and adulation that have been forthcoming with that over the last nearly 6 years. But now he wants to get back & concentrate on what he does best and that is list and sell real estate. James is excited to be able to transfer those skills to listing & selling real estate, assisting people with one of their major decisions when wanting to go in a different direction with their life.
