When we first met Daniel, we were looking at what would become our new home, but first we needed to sell. We invited him into appraise after what had been a fairly dodgy experience with another agency and Daniel was not only quick to reassure us about the potential price for our home, but he was totally transparent and went the extra mile to ensure that we were confident and comfortable with the simultaneous process that needed to happen. He pitched us a clever and efficient marketing campaign, without bells and whistles which we would not need with the tight turnaround. He was prompt to all our open houses and was incredibly honest and open in his feedback. We sold and we purchased without stress. But it was the legwork on settlement that really showed his true character. After a few hiccups out of everyone's control, Daniel was our go to guy. He answered every call and settles our nerves. He even brought me a much needed Latte when the chips were really down. Daniel is genuine and dedicated sales person who executes his role with compassion and tenacity.
