Mark Whybrow is the best real estate agent we know. After enduring purchasing a property through aanother agent that was very lengthy with agent never getting back to us and sending mixed messages. Mark is caring and sensitive to his client's needs and is attentive and always got back to us immediately. My wife and I highly recommend Mark Whybrow to anyone either buying or selling our property. This is the second time we have used Mark we first purchased our current property through him in 2013 and we were extremely happy with the way he handled our purchase. He maintained regular contact with us informing us of market updates and always sending us a letter on the anniversary of purchasing our property. After purchasing our second property in 2015 watching the market updates one year latter we decided to sell our invest property through Mark based on how well he handled our purchase in 2013. The way he handled the advertising and the sales campaign was outstanding we had a complex record offer on our unit within 3 days of being of the market that was accepted and sold 5 days latter. Thank you Mark for making the process of selling our house so easy. You kept us informed about every step of the process. You were exceptionally pleasant and helpful at all times. Prior to putting the house on the market you even organised trades people to come in and do some necessary repairs, which I could not manage because of my husband's ill health. And the quotes for the repairs were less than previous quotes that had been obtained through other sources. During the repairs you took the trouble to send me photographs of the renovations as they were progressing and organised telephone conversations with the various tradespeople involved. On my behalf you even met with Council on site over a small issue. There seemed to be nothing that you were not prepared to do to help us to finalise the sale.
