Jamie listened to our needs and desires. He was attentive and was able to convey to the prospective buyers everything about the property. Our buyers had minimal questions about their purchase at any time even towards the finalisation that we hadn't covered and as Jamie had listened intently to all aspects that we had conveyed he was able to answer knowledgeably. Jamie kept us informed of the interest being shown in the property. He also conveyed that he was pleased with our presentation of the property that was being offered. This enthused us to keep ourselves on our toes. We couldn't have asked for a more enthusiastic agent. He was truly wonderful in all aspects of our sale.

Jamie has always had a very good sense of the market and been a good advocate for the seller. He always answers our calls or gets back to us promptly and is always accommodating. Although the market in general has been slow, he puts 100% into open houses and promoting our properties.
