Kane conducted the recent sale of my home with confidence, knowledge and professionalism. I was extremely impressed by the copy he put together describing the house, as it had a bit of history to it, and also the photos he arranged which showcased the home beautifully. Kane made himself available to prospective purchasers who wished to inspect the property outside of the designated Open House times. This commitment ultimately resulted in the sale of the property close to the asking price and in a very acceptable time frame. At every stage of negotiations Kane kept me informed, good or bad. Kane has a contagious personality apart from having a wealth of knowledge of real estate in the Cessnock area having been born and bred there & celebrating notoriety with his football career.
