Caring and Professional
I was very pleased how nice Tony was. I was recently divorced after a forty six year marriage and I was very nervous about purchasing a home on my own. Tony was very caring and made things very easy for me. He lead me in the right direction and advised me on how things would go. I appreciate his kindness and understanding. I am now happily settled in my new home. A dream come true for me. Ready to start this new chapter on my own. I would highly recommend Tony, he is a lovely man

Professional and friendly agent
Tony had been helping us search for a property for quite some time and when we finally found the right one he made it happen seamlessly. Knowledgeable about the area, the neighbouring properties and importantly the property itself. Local knowledge, thorough & professional
Tony helped appraise my property & stayed in touch over a year until I was ready to sell. He was able to provide local insights for pricing and market conditions so when I was ready to sell, he suggested a fair price that attracted the right offer quickly with myself & the buyer both feeling content with the overall transaction. Furthermore there were a number of make good issues that he negotiated fairly between the parties, which I believe was going above & beyond what would normally be expected. Tony's level of communication was outstanding & he is very efficient at all the transactional necessities. I would not hesitate to recommend Tony for any realestate sales requirements.

Tony has knowledge in all areas of the business and without his help, it would have been difficult to complete all necessary paperwork on time, as we are residing in Brisbane and were extensively travelling in Europe during the settlement time. He always had a quick and useful response to any difficulties we encountered. From recommending various agencies to obtaining a good outcome with the sellers, Tony is to be highly recommended. We hope to continue working with Tony and his colleagues at L J Hooker. We are also able to judge him very well as my wife is also in the Real Estate Business.
