Tony was the sellers agent for a recent purchase. He was knowledgeable about the area and accomodating with our requests. He assisted us in arranging some quotes prior to settlement which he was not obliged to do. We had some issues with the final inspection and Tony saw they were addressed in a timely and efficient manner to allow our settlement to go through on time.
