Mg experience with Richard was excellent, hence the ‘Easy does it ‘ headline. Richard drove through the sale of my house and his communication with me on the progress was great, would recommend Richard to anyone selling the house.

Being a close contact of the family, who suggested Tony of HOOKER Realestate. I'm very pleased with Agent Tony, selling our Holiday home 🏡 quickly! He was always pleasant and business like, went out of his way a few times to help Buyer and Seller. THANKS TONY DOS SANTOS!!!

We had been looking to buy in the area for 6 months and we kept coming across Tony. He was fantastic from start to finish. He knew all his properties inside out and gave us some really good insights in the local market. Tony was the only agent who followed us up after each home open and had a genuine interest in us finding a home. He was well presented, polite and never pushy and really made up feel comfortable buying a property. If you are looking to sell or buy in Wannanup or the surrounding suburbs Tony should be your first call.

I am now retired but during my career was a real estate agent and owned my own real estate business for many years. Tony was extremely professional in his handling of the sale of our property, and he never ceased to try different marketing ideas and always his ideas were "outside the box". This was his first sale in Oceanique and it certainly won't be his last. His knowledge of our apartment block is extensive, and I could not recommend him higher enough, if you are thinking of selling.

Tony is one of the best Realestate Agent I have dealt with. He was upfront with expectation and no false promises as most agents will give. My experience throughout the sales process with Tony has been 10/10. I highly recommend Tony if anyone is thinking about selling or buying Realestate.

Professional approach, punctual and excellent knowledge of the market and prices of neighbouring properties. Tony and his assistant Reece certainly excelled in selling this property. We were impressed with professional introduction of first viewing and then subsequent dealings with Tony in finalising the sale with good outcome . Highly recommend Tony, who was most accommodating and sale finalised with such ease. All electronically done was a bonus.

I can not recommend Nav enough, she went above and beyond for us with the sale of our house. Nav managed get the listing up and the property sold within the two weeks allocated and with a brilliant result. As well as being wonderfully efficient Nav was also a joy to deal with, kind, thoughtful and empathetic!
