It is often said that the selling of your home is very stressful, but for us, with Michael in charge it was stress free. From the time that we decided to sell, till choosing Micheal to take charge, things could not have been easier...... We had laughs, and "eeks!" sometimes, but everything ran smoothly. We sold very quickly, in record time, all well negotiated by Michael and we happily put the "sold" sign up - taking some fun pics to celebrate!! .......... Michael was amazing from the start to the finish. Within a week he organised photographs, web listing, brochures, rental costs for potential buyers and a neighbourhood open house with champagne! Open houses where professionally conducted with both Michael and Andrew Reynhout (Director) at all openings. After each open house a phone call was made by Michael with an update, at the end of each week a report was provided with details of who attended, their thoughts and price they valued the property. This way I had no false expectations going in to the auction. I would strongly recommend selling with Michael Giuffrida as not only are you working with an honest and caring agent but you have the support of the entire LJ Hooker Manly team. I was so impressed and happy at auction day!

Michael introduced us to our property through quickly understanding our needs. We purchased off the plan from him and when our circumstances changed and we needed to sell he and his agency was proactive in finding a number of suitable buyers. Through a more complex sale process he followed up aggressively ( but politely) with all parties involved from solicitors/developers and buyers to achieve an outcome that we are more than happy with. “ LJ Hooker, Manly had been the managing agents for my mother’s home unit property at 13 Victoria Parade, Manly for 4 years. At all times I had excellent service, inspections and repairs had been carried out without delay, therefore it was a given that I would use LJ Hooker Manly as my selling agent. I found Michael Giuffrida to be everything that one would require in a selling agent: he was easy to contact and replied without delay to emails and telephone calls. I especially appreciated the twice weekly written reports on prospective purchasers and their comments. This, of course, made it much easier for myself as vendor to set a reserve price as it was easier to gauge the level of interest, especially useful in a sellers’ market. That I achieved a sale price beyond my wildest dreams – and way above my reserve – was not only due to the presentation of the unit itself but, I also suspect, to the care and courtesy and general attitude of my agent. I think I only met Andrew once at the auction when he kept me advised of the bidding progress.
