The best in the business!
We were so lucky to have engaged Kylie in the sale of our home. We had never sold a property before and Kylie guided us all the way. She is a true professional. She has an outstanding team that support her and she worked tirelessly through the whole campaign. It was her knowledge and experience of the industry that saw us achieve a record breaking result at auction. We will most definitely engage Kylie again.

We thought selling a house and getting the right price would be really stressful but Kylie and her team expertly took care of everything and did not stop until she negotiated the best price. We have been dealing with Kylie for about 17 years when she sold us our house in Narrabeen Park Parade. Exceptional Agent, Exceptional Experience
We recently purchased and sold properties through LJHooker Mona Vale using the talents of Kylie Segedin and her extremely capable team for both transactions. Having first dealt with Kylie close to 20 years ago it was a joy to renew our acquaintance. Her professionalism, local knowledge and attention to detail made the process so much easier. And even though both properties had their challenges, due to factors outside of Kylie's control, ultimately she produced an exceptional result with a minimum of stress. Very knowledgeable, professional and delightful person
Kylie sold my family home about 18 years ago and made the experience very easy for me at a time when I had just lost my husband. This time she has done the same. Made the sale a painless experience for me and was able to get higher price on my apartment than I expected. Kylie is a most delightful person to do business with. More like a friend. She also suggested I look at new apartments being built in Bayview. I have since purchased one of these apartments and am extremely happy with my new home.
