Marco was very helpful and was flexible in showing up at late notice for inspections and was able to help us settle on the property within 2 weeks of contract exchange. He liaised with our mortgage lender as well as our conveyancer to make the process simple and easy for us - this was great considering we were first home buyers and very inexperienced in everything that we had to do.
