Marco and I have had a long relationship, as we have been talking "Real Estate" together for well over 12 months. He then kept in touch with me through out the year as various properties he thought may be of interest to us became available. I've engaged a number of good realestate agents over the years but none as trustworthy and professional to work with as Ryan. Choosing him over others from our short list was easy. He was the standout and didn't disappoint! He was sharp at assessing our situation and the market, and presented a well designed strategy to maximise the sales potential of the property. Ryan did a great job at every step of the sales process. He was punctual with meetings and communications, always did what he said he would do, was polite and built great rapport with us and prospects alike, and went the extra mile whenever the opportunity arose. His closing skills were second to none. And he was faithfully and professionally supported at all times by his office staff (particularly his partner Brigitte - they are a formidable team!) who did so much leg work and reporting in the background. We attempted to sell our offshore Pittwater house 3-4 times after vacillating terribly we withdrew it from sale each time. Despite the inconvenience and dissapointment Lachlan was understanding, composed and professional. We've now sold the house with enormous thanks to our excellent agent and cannot recommend him highly enough. We know of other offshore agents who take people through a house without reporting who those people were, give false information just to make the sale and in our experience, are generally tardy and dishonest. It's a huge effort selling offshore property - there are boats and pickups, an offshore agent can be used as a 'tour guide' at times. Lachlan never failed to follow up on potential buyers and went to enormous lengths to show our house. His reporting system is thorough and constantly updated, usually on the same day as the open. His comments are insightful and a testament to his many years of real estate experience. Thanks again for all your assistance in selling our house and your ongoing patience with us Lachlan, we really appreciated your extensive efforts.
