Janet brought her professional and local knowledge to my when I asked for an appraisal ..I had not planned to go ahead with a sale at that stage, but somehow overnight I found I was ready, and Janet would be my choice of Agent. She did everything quietly and professionally, and managed to sell my house on the first day it was on the market. She managed in the final stages to get me and the purchaser through some difficult times with bushfires and damaged fences to the property. She took over my stress and got me through it.
