Shanelle thrives in her fast-paced role liaising with owners, tenants and contractors. Her positive approach to providing solutions to tenancy disputes, QCAT matters or new management attributes to her optimistic mindset and eagerness to learn. Shanelle has secured many close relationships with tenants, owners and contractors by showing professionalism and pride in her work. She is well known for her bubbly personality and her 'can-do' attitude, as there is no task she is not willing to tackle. Best move I made in years...
