It was time to sell my parents house. At short notice on his day off, Steve met us on site and came to us with an appraisal the same day. Happy with what Steve presented to us we signed up and went to market. Steve sold the property for us in 4 weeks, for a price that we were happy with, and in a quiet market.

Steve was always very helpful, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, trustful and very pleasant to deal with. I purchased my property through Steve and knew when it was time to sell I could not do better than Steve. Steve has lived the area for several years now and he knows the market extremely well. I highly recommend Steve for all your real estate needs.

The house was yet to be advertised but when he asked what I was looking for he showed it to me within 30 minutes. Very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered my emails promptly and offered help with the moving process.

I was very satisfied with deciding to engage Steve to sell my house in Dalmeny. Steve had a very professional but relaxed approach and knew the local market really well. Advertising and photos were excellent and there was no extra charge. My house sold really quickly and reached the estimated sale price, taking all the stress out of the process. I highly recommend using Steve from LJ Hooker to sell your property in the Dalmeny Narooma area.

Bought a house off Steve recently in Dalmeny. Whilst it took us a while to come to terms (2 old bulls circling each other in the paddock?) once the key terms were agreed Steve was super helpful and very friendly. We bought the house as an investment and live out of town (knowing nobody local). Steve cheerily introduced us to a bunch of super friendly/helpful cleaners, a garden/handyman, electrician etc (and through them we got to meet a gaggle of other useful tradie types). Every question/request was met with a prompt useful response and he even let us borrow his trailer to collect a BBQ and transport our rubbish to the dump. What a legend!

Steven and the LJ Hooker team in Narooma provided a great service when selling my property. I was kept informed of developments every step of the way. Steven provided contacts with local businesses to ensure my property looked its best. This was important for me as I do not live locally. I am very pleased with the results.
