LJ Hooker at Narrabeen, NSW, 2101 (Sydney's Northern Beaches) and Gina Amaral in particular, have been professionally managing my rental unit for 10 years. Recently my tenant broke her lease six months early. Within days, Gina had discussed the break lease costs with the tenant, advertised the unit for lease, organised an open day, and arranged cleaners to professionally clean the unit. By the next Monday we had a signed 12-month lease agreement and the new tenant moved in the following Saturday. I'm grateful to Gina and her staff for the excellent work in leasing and managing my unit.
