Grant is great to deal with. He was very efficient and clear with communication. It made the whole buying process super smooth for us. It's stressful buying or selling a property, but it felt like messages where being passed on clearly and quickly, and the result is we're super happy with our purchase. I saw how Grant conducted himself for the seller and I will happily be using Grant for our property sales in the future. He even sent me a personal message to ask if I needed a help carrying our fridge upstairs. He really didn't need to do that, but it's a good indication of his values. Thanks for everything!
