Selling over the Christmas holiday period wasn't ideal however inspections continued right over this period as requested and this allowed our property to be viewed without delay. Overall David was fantastic. Being a second generation agent David has an edge that other agents don't have. You can't buy that, learn that, it's generational. It's just there. He was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He just knew what to do, what to say, could read the situation perfectly. You couldn't get a better agent. And the place sold to the first person who looked at the place and David had the buyer lined up before the for sale sign went up- we only had a "selling soon" sign up as the place wasn't even listed as the photo's weren't done.
