Below average experience. After the auction, didn’t hear a thing from the agent. David didn’t even call to advise or congratulate on the settlement. Basic service not there. Didn’t approach us at the auction and then we were the strongest bidder. Was too busy and didn’t take us serious as purchases. Shame we develop properties and this Agent hasn’t done his due diligence to even know potential buyers. Hopefully in down markets can value clients, market is too hot for that at moment.

Jason was on time for inspection appointments. Assisted with any queries. As this is an investment property put us in contact with their rental section and they rented out the property to a gold star tenant. Very happy with Jason and his team. We found David and the team at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay to be very knowledgeable when it came to the current market and a pleasure to deal with. David advised us to take the property to market with a 3 week short campain with an Auction date of the 12th of June( the long weekend) in which was a master class as he not only drummed up enough interest locally but also from Sydney. He generated so much interest we had around 10 registered buyers on the day resulting in an above reserve return for us.
