Professional and great communicator!

I always thought that buying a property was a long and daunting process and on top of that I heard so many horror stories from friends about terrible real estate agents!!! But when I met Justin TAPLIN from LJ Hooker at Newport NSW, he made buying a home such a breeze! He was extremely helpful, open, transparent, professional, and reliable throughout the whole process. Each time I needed information, he always responded in a timely manner, such as contacting the owner or the strata manager asap to get the information that I requested, and dealing with strata when needed a few times! keeping me posted all the time and never making me uncomfortable. English is my second language, he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making of the offer to the day I got the keys. This made it really easy to move into my new home in less than 2 months. Again, thank you for your work, Justin, you are the best!
