We have known Jake for quite a few years as we deliberated about when and how to sell our home. Jake was consistently there as a reliable soource of guidance with the market, offering his sound knowledge and direction which proved for us to be extremely valuable with the. recent sale of our property.Not only is Jake a very calm, confident and reliable person, he is also an honest person who had our best interests close which again, proved an exceptional outcome with our sale. Jake never missed a beat, always communicated with us clearly, promptly and concisely and navigated us through the selling of our family home with care and compassion which made the process easier, giving us the confidence that we had made the right decision. Jakes honesty, integrity and commitment to his work made our recent transactions so smooth and easy to complete. Jake went above and beyond in offering advise and action when needed which he initiated from the start to the finish. Jake offered his time and availability to us, even outside of work hours when needed to discuss negotiations which we appreciated and assured us that he really did have our best interests at heart.
