During the 8 months the place was on the market from the outset Josh was always on the front foot constantly communicating with us and letting us know how the market was, especially during the tumultuous period of the Royal Commission into the banks which slowed interest. A lot went to a standstill and as anyone would we did have concerns as start of 2019 went very quiet. Josh always communicated with us and helped us adjust price to meet the lower demand eventually reaching a mutual outcome that although not quite what we had hoped for, was still very rewarding for the sway in the market considering the existing factors with the banks and the looming elections. All said throughout Josh was extremely professional and always kept us updated & went the extra mile even on occasions in his own time on a weekend to meet with us as we were not available at other times. Consummately professional with a bright vibrant personality that wants to strive to make all his clients happy regardless of the required input. Very grateful to have come across his skills and the person and Real Estate Agent that he is.
