I chose James Trivor over other real estate agencies because of his knowledge and the way he presented himself in our initial meeting. He was well prepared and made a convincing case of why I should chose LJ Hooker. James, through the whole process always kept me informed every step of the way, advised what I should do to assist in getting the best price for my property, ordered a building report so that if there was anythng that need fixing it was done prior going to market. The sale of my property even exceeded my expectations and was very pleased that I had chosen James to sell my house.

There are no words to describe how extremely over the moon we are with the result of our home selling through Lush Pillay and his amazing team.
