Spectacular service, incredible human, professionalism at its best
After looking for a year, and after inspecting over 100 properties we finally found our family home 🏡 we are so excited and can't wait to move in and enjoy our new home. Highly experienced and professional
It was positive experience selling our padstow Heights property with Lush. Exceeded expectations
James is a consummate professional who has a deep understanding of the real estate market. Being a first time seller, James took the time to thoroughly explain the selling process to me and the various options available. He kept me informed throughout the campaign, patiently answered all of my questions and provided reassurance when I got nervous. Despite property values decreasing in these challenging times, James was able to get more money for my townhouse, than others in the same complex that sold during the height of the property market.

David was Professional, Considerate and very knowledgeable at what he was doing.
I found David Loaney very professional also very considerate and kind to me and my family. David was watching the market and he knew when to rise or lower my price and I also know he got the best price possible for me, as the interest rates rising as they were. Great result from Lush and LJ Hooker Padstow in very tough market
We were really impressed during the sale process mostly because of how Lush always kept us informed of what was happening and he was available to answer questions by email, text or calls at any time. Despite the fact that he would have to be managing a large number of clients at the same time, we felt like he always made time to communicate and make the worrying sales process easier for us. We did not get the result we wanted at auction, however Lush worked tirelessly after the auction date within the constraints of a rapidly cooling off market to find us a buyer agreeing to a price we were happy with. Our story had a happy ending despite some bumps in the road and this was all due to the effort that Lush put in to ensure the end result we were so duly counting on. Thank you Lush!
