Best in the business
We had a great experience purchasing our property through Lush. From the first inspection right through to auction, they were professional, responsive and easy to deal with. Communication was clear throughout the process and they were always available to answer questions or help move things along when needed. What stood out most was how straightforward and transparent everything felt. The process can often be stressful, but he made it smooth and well managed from start to finish. We never felt pressured and appreciated their honest approach. Overall, a very positive experience and we would happily work with them again or recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell.

James and Phillip were both instrumental in obtaining the best price possible during a difficult auction. The before, during and after support was informative and realistic. The staging of the property during the open houses were seamless and communications were regular with twice weekly updates and after viewing considerations. James and Phillip were relentless in trying to get the reserve we set on the day. What a great example of full service real estate agents.

To the point & true to his words
I originally went with another agent at 1st, …. I wish I went with James & the LJH team of Padstow from the start. James asked the right questions & listened to my needs, then met everyone one them & got me above the sell price I needed to make my dreams a reality.
