We recently bought a house in Panania from Lush and Sarah. They were very professional and clear in their communication. It's a sellers market but we see a lot of sellers agents are just plain lazy these days on responding back to buyers questions. Lush was on the other hand, refreshingly proactive, and communicative. His private viewing was very impressive as well. Recommend someone like Lush to other sellers who need a diligent agent.
