Best in the business.
Lush was extremely professional and always contactable. He gained a result that exceeded expectations and I could not be happier with it. I was a seller and was kept up to date throughout the whole process. I was kept informed of open house results, advertising statistics and possible buyers. Seamless and excellent personal service
We recently purchased our second and forever home through Lush via private treaty. He is the Auction King but he also provided an outstanding and seamless service to our private treaty purchase. From inspection he took the time to make sure we could put our offer in the same day to secure our new home before Christmas. Even came out to take pictures with us and let us put the sold sign on during the holidays! He's also been very helpful with supporting our needs during the settlement process and working with our Conveyancer. Thank you Lush and LJ Hooker Padstow.
