We recently purchased our second and forever home through Lush via private treaty. He is the Auction King but he also provided an outstanding and seamless service to our private treaty purchase. From inspection he took the time to make sure we could put our offer in the same day to secure our new home before Christmas. Even came out to take pictures with us and let us put the sold sign on during the holidays!
