Outstanding and Exceptional Real-Estate Agent
Lush Pillay has the capacity to provide an outstanding professional, client-agent relationship. He is a great communicator. He constantly keeps you ‘in the loop’ and is in constant contact with you. He is very proactive, keeping you well-informed throughout the whole process. Lush is a very good listener. He addresses all questions, understands your needs and requests and is the type of real-estate agent who puts the client first. He is extremely skilled and knowledgeable, having a deep understanding of not only the local area but the whole property market.

Always a pleasure
Known Lush for close to two decades ago now. First when he sold my parents our first home in Padstow as a young migrant family. He then went to help sell a duplex we built five years ago and now sold me my first home in Sydney. Lush & LJH Padstow - the best Real Estate agency in the area
Lush and the team at LJH Padstow went over and above to ensure we were informed, up to date and happy along the whole selling journey. Right from the start to the finish he ensured both myself and my wife were ok and educated on each step. To me, he is simply the best agent i've ever dealt with and would only use Lush moving forward for all my real estate needs. A special mention to Ali his colleague who ran 90% of our opens.
