I met Lush first in 2021, when he was the agent of the house I eventually bought. Lush & Sarah were so warm, respectful, fair and had an incredible ability to calm our nerves as we bought our first home. They left such an impression on us as buyers that when we decided to sell our home in 2024, we contacted no one else. Every week we saw how hard they worked. They ran an impeccable campaign, utilised their vast network to give maximum exposure to our home, and it all resulted in rather big numbers - in terms of visitors to our open homes, number of contracts handed, number of auction attendees etc. How do we know all this - because every week Lush would call me to give me a thorough breakdown of how and where things were. It all culminated in a way that surpassed our expectations. In recent weeks, we have had some not-so-pleasant real estate interactions in another part of Sydney, which makes us realise even more how rare agents (and people) like Lush & his team are, and how fortunate we were to have bought and sold through them.
