Professional and respectful.
Troy was clear on the brief and kept me informed of his progress on a weekly basis. He said he could sell the property in 90 days and he did. It was sold at the price he indicated. Could not be happier with the experience.

Ordinary at best
He seemed to be more interested in the seller than the buyer. Asked about the gas connection which he told me around $2500 cost me $8500. When I think about it he really didn’t do anything to help us.

Another fast and hassle free sale/purchase

Professional & Knowledgeable
Dealing with Cale was an absolute pleasure, he is very personable and easy to deal with. He stayed in touch with me through every stage of the sale of my property and kept me informed at all times. Cale has extensive knowledge of the area and was able to provide me with helpful, useful, accurate guidance and advice. He is down to earth and does not apply pressure tactics as do many other agents. Right from the beggining Cale set realistic expectations, which he backed up with facts and did not simply tell me what I wanted to hear in order to win my business. During the sale process Cale dealt with the letting agency and the tennants, ensuring they kept the property neat and tidy at all times, thus relieving me of the need to do this. Thank you Cale.
