B. J. Edwards joined the Hooker Palm Beach Agency during the time when we were in the middle of renovations to prepare our house for sale. We had engaged an interior consultant with whom B.J. immediately connected. He acted as the assistant to his father David Edwards, who was our main sales agent. As such they both formed a formidable team. B.J. showed a keen interest in learning the business of selling and buying real estate fast. He is a good listener and absorbes any information he can get very eagerly. He is a very well mannered person with excellent appearance and is extremely polite. His friendly, humorous approach is delightful. We are absolutely certain B.J. is on his best way to become a very professional real estate agent.

Both of our dealings with David, on our purchase back in 2017 and more recently on our sale, just confirmed to us why people say that David is the Number 1 Agent in and around Palm Beach. David worked tirelessly to persuade our then vendor to accept our offer and then when we had settled, David made sure that we were settling into our new life in Palm Beach and invited us to a number of events which ensured that we met some of our neighbours and "locals". When we decided to leave Australia, we met again with David to get his advice on how best to market our house for a long term rental as well as canvassing his extensive database of clients to see whether anyone would be interested in buying. Both campaigns went seamlessly and we opted finally for a long term rental. Subsequent to this, we received through David an offer to buy from one of his many clients with whom he keeps in regular contact to update them on the market and what's available for sale. David skilfully negotiated for us the final price and terms and indeed, at the last minute, went out of his way to put forward a solution to deal with one last issue which enabled us to exchange the next day. Outstanding. David truely loves Palm Beach and that sense of wonder and excitement rubs off on anyone who deals with him. We cannot recommend David more highly and last, but not least, thank you again David for ensuring that we too had a fabulous experience in Palm Beach.
