We used LJ Hooker in 2023 for a short term rental (3 months), and found them to be incredibly professional and helpful in all aspects of the process, from finding the perfect tenant through tying up any loose ends post tenancy. We were not in the country during this time and the on-going communication we recived from them was exceptional! We listed our property again, 2 weeks ago, for another 3 month lease and within the first week, LJHooker had found us the perfect tenants. We couldn’t be happier!

Maree and Mikaela were very attentive and responsive throughout the process of preparing, listing and securing appropriate tenants at the price we had requested. Also helped to arrange services for transition e.g. cleaning, fire alarm inspection etc. Would highly recommend.
