We had an excellent experience with Mikaela and Maree from LJ Hooker Southern Gold Coast while applying for our new rental property. They were professional, responsive, and consistently attentive throughout the process. Communication was prompt and transparent, and we felt well-supported at every stage. Their attention to detail and genuine care made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and efficient. We are very grateful for their assistance and pleased to have secured the property!

Since moving across to this agency, we've been met with nothing but professionalism. The teams communication is 10/10 and in the two weeks they have tackled tasks which our old agents neglected over the last 6 months. Can't be happier with them.

Mikaela Young from LJ Hooker is absolutely beautiful. She is lovely and very kind. She hears you and sees you as a person and is open to communication, and I would definitely recommend her as a real estate agent!

Our experience with the team has been great. We have had constant communication as our application was being professed and above and beyond support with queries about our new rental once we were approved. The team are genuine and accommodating, which can be a rarity in the realty market. Looking forward to a long term rental relationship.

My experience with Maree renting my granny flat has been very successful. I knew from her previously renting my house a few years ago that proper tenancy and predicted rental income advice would be given. Many applicants were shown through the granny flat and were thoroughly checked from previous rental and financial history until both Maree and I were happy with the tenancy being finalised.

We had a great experience working with David Lonie, from our first meeting and home inspection to purchase and hand over it was seamless. Then onto the property management team that worked in sync to find a great tenant. I would thoroughly recommend the team at LJ Hooker Southern Gold Coast.
