Mason was terrific helping us achieve a successful sale of our tenanted investment property. Many agents suggested it was problematic to sell with a tenant in place, however, Mason set us at ease. He managed to find a buyer ready to renovate and modernise the unit, saving us a lot of time, money and effort. The price we achieved was excellent and was very close to the initial appraisal.
